*Shell colors vary naturally. Channeled whelks feature warm tans, soft beiges, and white tones, while knobbed whelks found on the Cape often show striking shades of orange, coral, tan, and cream. All are mindfully [sustainably] gathered along various shorelines and harvested by licensed local fisherfolk off Cape Cod and the Islands.
